Solus Block

You wake up alone, without a clue where everyone has gone. Travel further than you ever have as you investigate what happened, fighting your way through hordes of enemies in a fast paced Puzzle Battle System.

Note: Web performance is much worse than windows, so if you have a low framerate I highly suggest the downloadable version. Quality can be changed by using the keys 1, 2, and 3.

Instructions

• Match three or more blocks of the same element to clear blocks.
  • Clearing fire, water, earth, or lightning blocks will cast spells to deal damage to enemies. 
  • The more blocks you clear at once, the more damage you do. 
  • Clearing orange coin blocks will grant you experience, and each level will increase the damage your spells do. 
  • Blocks that are matched automatically after falling increase your combo count, increasing damage you deal and the experience you gain by 30% each step! Combos of 3 or more will additionally cause your spells to hit all enemies at once! 
  • On hard difficulty, stone blocks serve only to block your path, but can be used to increase your combo count. They do not exist on normal difficulty.
• Enemy attacks will affect your board
  • Physical/Lightning attacks will lock blocks on the board. These cannot be matched, but can be unlocked by clearing an adjacent block. 
  • Ice attacks will freeze blocks on the board. These cannot be swapped or matched, but will thaw out after some time. 
  • Fire attacks will increase the rate your board scrolls up temporarily. 
• If the blocks reach the top of the board, you are defeated!
  • Defeat will send you back to the start, but you will keep any experience levels you have gained.
